| good afternoon to anyone who still uses xanga and checks out my page. i hope you're all enjoying your summer because i know i am. school's almost starting (august 10th) and i really want to see everyone before we have to start stressing about classes, psats, tests, grades, choir...school in general. i miss everyone! |

| hm...my father and i just ginished watching pearl harbor. and i told my dad hey daddy you know we have pearl harbor at home. and he wa ilek yeah. and then i stood up to go look for it. and lo and behold IT'S NOT THERE?!?! so. i asked my mom about to make sur ei hadnt lost my mind. and she was like oh yeah we have that DVD right? and i said that's what i thought. and she's like. huh. you let one of your little friends borrow it. i remember. and then after she mentioned it i remembered too. so. the bad part is neither of us remembers who borrowed it. i do know that i still had it two years ago on my birthday. yes. that's helpful. so the point is, if you do have my movie, please please please please return it to me? |

| update from new york!
how is everyone doing? i hope you're not missing me too much. i've been
amazingly busy and productive. who would've thought? i haven't actually
gotten much of a chance to catch up on sleep, but that's okay. it
happens when i dont know what time it is. i tend to wake up early. so
far...i've watched napolean dynamite, shopped, went to the statue of
liberty, went to ellis island, shopped, went out to eat a crapload of
times, oooh i had brazilian barbeque...shopped, bought two dresses,
went to the metropolitan museum of art (it was amazing), central park,
another park, read two books (Heaven Lake and In Her Shoes), and i saw
Avenue Q - it was soooooooooooooooooooooooo good. sigh. =) i only wish
all of yall were here with me. i think me and my sister are planning to
watch a few more movies and do some more shopping. maybe ill just stay
here forever. hahaha.
i miss you.

ooh ive also learned how to navigate my way through new york city. oui, je sais que je suis amazing. =)
